Born and raised in Cambodia I have worked as a baker my entire life. At the age of five I began mastering the craft rolling and perfecting the bread doe that Empire Bakery uses today.

Without my wife none of this would have been possible, moving to a foreign country and setting up your own bakery needs more than just great food. Each and every item you see in Empire is baked in a state of passion and obsession. To us, this is not just food. It is Art.
